    hello

maybe i want to buy NP700G7A Series 7 Gamer notebook , but i have some questions

is it's gpu replaceable ? (for example with 7970m)

if that's replaceable , how to replace that ? (please explain simply )

does it's reflective display reflect lights a lot ?

what are Cons of this laptop ?

    Thanks

There are very few laptop manufacturers that make laptops that can have their GPU's replaced or upgraded and to the best of my knowledge Samsung isn't one of them. And more importantly you don't own a Series 7 Gamer, it would most probably cost you more (if not the same) to buy Series 7 Gamer and replaced or upgraded the GPU, than to just buy a laptop with the GPU you want.

no you cant. np700g7a's graphics card is physically non standard, you cannot replace it with standard mxm card.

Actually other MXM cards do fit but the problem is that the vBIOS is integrated into the system bios. Would need a hacked bios.

do u know know some0ne the can do this? im willing to try and upgrade a Samsung NP700G7A-s02uk from 6970m to 7970m or 8970m i think clevo card might be best .
somone by the name of Robin21 over at techinferno.com tryed it and it did work but his gpu fan did not work. check it out .
    700G7C with CLEVO 7970M upgrade

i think he may have given up to early i feel he was soooooo close to it working. he did need to mod the 7970m pcb but not by much.

There's a guy slvl7 I think, check the other gamer 7 thread.. I think he hacked a bios to allow overvolt for the 675M model.
