    i can't find the icon of my bluetooth

    Read the manual?
    Doesn't a Fn + a key enable/disable it?
    Or what do you mean exactly...

    Which model? Does Device Manager list any Bluetooth devices?

    i should press a and fn to see the bluetooth

    my model is NP700Z5A-S03IL
    the device manger shows the bluetooth

    Check to see if it is listed among the TaskBar customization options. If it is not then check if Bluetooth is turned on in the Wireless Network section in Easy Settings.

    Does Bluetooth show as a process in Task Manager?
    Maybe it's not started in services.msc

    There's no ''My Bluetooth Environment" shortcut on your desktop?
    Otherwise try and locate that folder, that's where you can start BT according to the MANUAL.

    i checked them both but it doesn't help
    now i reinstall the bluetooth

    after reinstalling the driver of the bluetooth i can see the icon of the bluetooth
