The you had better follow up with Samsung. They paid my money 30 days after validation.

I'm also waiting for my cashback and sent them an email a couple of weeks back questioning the delay.

    Their response...

I also got that message and have not yet received the VAT back for the laptop I bought at the end of May. Not impressed.

I received the same reply on July 20th as well, not a good look for Samsung in my opinion. What will be interesting is whether or not they decide to make up for it in some way once they do get around to sorting it out... I'd happily take a Galaxy S3 off their hands for my frustrations ;-)

I wonder if they seriously underestimated the number of people who would apply and hadn't budgeted enough money. Keep pestering.

Perhaps a letter to Samsung UK's boss at
Company : Samsung Electronics (UK) Ltd
    Address : Samsung House
    1000, Hillswood Drive
    Chertsey, Surrey KT16 0PS
    Tel : 01932 455 000

and setting out your claim history, so far, might trigger some action and/or a proposal for some compensation.

I have been in communications with '[email protected]' for over a month. They are repeatedly saying the payment has been made. I have spoken to my bank and have no record of a lodgement or any attempt. The bank recommended Samsung put a trace on the payment, but get the exact same reply every time... 'Dear customer, your payment was processed and payment made on 17/07/2012.'

I think it's a third party company for Samsung and they are scamming people.

It's more likely a mistake. Ask them for a copy of the payment details so you can give it to your bank so they can follow it up (this implies that your bank made a mistake, but the payment details will reveal whether the account / sort code details were entered correctly - do you have a record of the details you supplied them?). If they don't respond with due expedience then it's another letter to Samsung.
