    I have had a Samsung laptop for the last five years and it has given me excellent service. I would like to stay loyal when I purchase a new one in July.

    Is the Samsung R20 available in Australia? I want to get a 14" stylish laptop.

    What price could I expect to pay? Will it be cheaper in Dubai?

    If I bought it in a shop could I claim tax back on leaving Australia?
