    q320 disc drive problem

    Ok, so i thought ill test this new slot loading disc drive in my q320 but didnt get a good response. The drive huffs and puffs a little but never reads my disc....anyone else had this problem and should i send it back????
    jesus i thought id found a decent laptop but nooo....yet another problem

    I had problems with my first unit's optical drive: it was extremely noisy and was unable to burn reliably.

    Fortunately, I was able to exchange it at Future Shop.
