    i have taken my samsung v20 appart and im looking for the vga cable that goes from the motherboard to the lcd but i cant find it, i have take the keyboard out and the surround including the display, is it located at the bottom of the motherboad? any help would be great as im a little stuck

    I think that this is a picture of the cable that you are trying to find. I've never taken a Samsung apart, but if it's similar to other notebooks the cable route from the motherboard (gpu) to the screen will probably be via one of the hinges at the base of the display.

    Yes that is the right cable. On my Samsung it goes through the hinge from the display lid to the motherboard..

    yeh i have a few pics of it now, i think i may have found the cable on the top right under the blue plastic cover, however where does it go from there, up into the lct screen or onto the motherboard?
