I got an issue about the power port where the power adapter is plugged in. the power when on and off, it's like it doesn't give constant power to the laptop. I looked in the port's hole and notice there's a small piece of metal on the left side of the hole, I guess that's where the laptop get power from the adapter, by the look of it I guess that metal piece is pushed in too far and cannot make a steady connection with the adapter. Any tips for this issue is appreciated. thanks guy. Oh and i don't know where to get English version of AVS. My X20 came with Korean AVS.

An English version of AVS can be ordered by Samsung's support.

Doesn't sound good. Usually, there is only the metall ring and in this ring is a small contact (as far I have seen it at my notebook). I would recommend to contatct the support too. If it was my notebook I wouldn't risk to remove something which I am not sure for 100 per cent.
