Ok my friend was going to get me a R65.
But he told me that he got a different one.
I think the model name starts with P. I know its not P28 or P29.
Im not sure if this is true, but its like a new model.
He told me that this model a lot more powerful than R65 and has a GeForce Card, powerful than R65. He also said that it also uses Intel core Duo.
I've searched all over Samsung's page, but couldnt find out which model he was talking about. Can anybody help me out here plz?

Whether it is the latest or not depends on the type or laptop you are after. If you want to go by release date only, I thinkthe X60 is the latest one.

The P50 appears to be aimed at the corporate market with a fingerprint reader and IT management tools. In other respects the specification is similar to the R65. Both come with a range of graphics options starting with Intel 945 plus one or more GeForce options. Both of these models have a standard (4:3) aspect display.

The X60 is available with Intel graphics or ATI X1400 or X1600 and has a widescreen display.

Your purchasing options will depend on whether you want standard or wide aspect displays, standard or high resolution desplays and how much 3D processing power you need, plus which versions of the above models are available in your area. For the X60, if want the ATI X1600 then you also get the high resolution display. The same may apply on the other models.

    Hope this helps,

    John

I agree with John. It all depends on what you are after.

For my taste the X60 is the best out of the three, but I am after processing, power, widescreen display with high resolution and good quality screen.

Read the reviews and see which of your needs are filled best with.

I have tried that website. All the updates for 90 and up dont work for some reason. After i install the update and reboot, i get a DSOB screen, the blue screen with some messages.
So the lates i got is version 87.5
And i need those 90+ updates because I run 3d applications on this laptop and the application keeps crashing cause my gpu is outdated.

So i was wondering if anyone had anyother site that has a working driver.

edit: oh and does P50 support windows xp x64?
