SW Update isn't working for me, and I'd like to download the drivers that I need for Windows 8.

There has to be a way do this. Anyone?

    Thanks!

As far as I know you can't. Samsung stopped posting drivers on their website about a year ago (for some models even longer), and all drivers must be pulled from their database using SW Update.

Why can't you use it? If it doesn't detect your model properly (a few have reported this), you should still be able to use Find Model and save the drivers locally using Export.

You can uninstall SW Update afterwards if you don't like to keep it running.

Try a different PC or a virtual machine. SW Update runs on any computer. You don't need a Samsung for downloading drivers.

The server that SW Update connects to occasionally has problems (but far fewer now than 6 months or so ago). Keep trying.
