    I want to replace the metal frame because he fell on the ground on a hinge. The parts seem impossible to find here in Quebec (Canada). Anyone know where in the US or in the rest of Canada the replacements parts can be available ?

    Samsungparts.com have parts for US models.

    Does your keyboard have the standard US layout?

    The keyboard is the canadien french but it's not important.

    My bad, the model is the NP900X3A, the first gen 13.3 inch. This model is not on samsungparts.com
