    Hi
Since i downloaded a game named age of empires on my computer from the internet, my mouse keeps doing weird while downloading files or starting applications. It keeps flickering and then disappears and kinda "teleports" to an other part of the screen. + not really responding to my commands (when moving to the left, cursor is lagging and not really responding) (i have windows 8)
sometimes even when I type it is getting behind or no even showing the letters which I typed in (like sometimes becomes somtime). And I have now even a standard snapdoo homepage random with a lot of advertisements. Google chrome won't start even thought I click on it several times. :(. HELP?
Should I reset my whole pc? and when I do that, will I lose my applications as word and Norton?
(It took me like an hour to come to this site and write a thread, it constantly deletes it, and fall back to the last page)(and is very slow in loading eveythng)

Sorry for so many information but hope you could help to fix this!
    Thanks

Scan your computer with (i) MalWareBytes and (ii) Spybot S&D.

Do you have a restore point in Windows from just before you installed that game? If so, go back to it.

I have no restore point as far as i know, but i will try with the Malwarebytes and Spybot S&D. But what if there is nothing, should i just reset it? (and do i lose my applications then?)
    Thanks

First scan for the possible nasties.

Then you can try this option: Charms > Change PC Settings > General > Refresh your PC without affecting your files. I haven't tried the option so I don't know exactly what it does, but it claims to not affect user files. I don't know if it just repairs Windows without affecting user-installed programs. I would hope so.

Also search your browser add-ons to see if the installer included some unwanted payload. Far too many programs do this - the user needs to watch carefully and deselect various options.
