So here's my pickle: I killed my NC10 by spilling water on it. I'd like to salvage some money out of the situation, which I could do by Ebaying the screen, battery, and keyboard. My worry is that I cannot ascertain whether these things still function, or whether the water killed them. Is there any way to sort this out?

take out everything, blow dry every components and put it back. If that still doesn't works, I think you will need to change almost everything.
