    You can upgrade your old laptop screen successfully from TN panel to IPS panel, but first you need to know your old screen specs and match it with the new screen specs.

    This screen swap will work with the listed models from Samsung
    E3511 E3520 RC508 RC510 RC512 RC520 RV509 RV511 RV515 RV512 RV520
    and any laptop with this screen model number LTN156AT15


    My old screen specs:
    Samsung Panel Model No LTN156AT15
    15.6"
    1366x768
    LVDS
    WLED
    40pin connector
    TN Panel
    side mount screws

    My new screen specs:
    LG Panel Model No LP156WHA SLL1
    15.6"
    1366x768
    LVDS
    WLED
    40pin connector
    IPS Panel
    side mount screws

    Tools needed for this job:
    -Precision screwdriver set
    -Pry tool or a plastic ruler

    To upgrade your old Samsung laptop to windows 10 you need to replace the wifi card because the old one will not boot to windows 10 you will get boot Erorr.

    Hello. I'm looking for a display upgrade. My laptop is a Samsung NP300E5A. It has a mediocre display, but I don't know the model number and googling only gets me replacement displays that are similar to the one it already has.

    How could I get it? Thanks.

    after searching for 6 months, i found that this is the only store left selling the original LG IPS LP156WHA-SLL1 display:

    iv'e just intalled it on my Samsung NP355V5C, and put on a matte screen protector. works really good! :D

    i dont think the lp156wha-sll1 will fit you unfortunatly. mabey this
