I can't believe I have to make an account just to ask this, but I seriously cannot figure this out. I managed to accidentally turn of clicking on my touchpad. The first thing I did was use tab and enter to make my way through the menus and try to turn it back on, but when I got there the settings menu for the touchpad is different from Windows system menus and I cannot use tab or enter to toggle settings on it. So next I tried using safe mode to fix it (Which is how I am currently posting.) but I can't access the touchpad menu in safe mode. The option just isn't there. So I'm stuck using safe mode until I figure out how to turn clicking back on. Any bright ideas?

Can you reinstall the touchpad driver? That should reload the default settings. Or won't safe mode let you do it?

Don't you have a mouse in the house?

Is it only clicking that's inactive or the whole touchpad?

The touchpad works, I just can't click on anything. I'm going to try re-downloading the drivers.

Go into accessibility settings and turn on mouse keys so you can fix it.
