I do like a good set of speakers on a laptop and the Chronos JBL speakers does quite a good job.

I was playing around with some settings yesterday and found that the "Dance" setting has some really good base to it, even though I dont listen to dance music. The "rock music" setting was okayish and the "concert hall" setting was incredibly impressive if you wanted to simulate that sort of environment.

So far I think that the "dance" setting is the best to give a full flavour to any track.

So - without the use of headphones, what settings are you using?
