 I look at the NP-X60 on the global download site and see BIOS 10XA.

Aslo the new (actually March 07) Bluetooth firmware. I would recommend the BIOS update if you haven't already done so. I don't think there were any big fixes, but something obviously needed to be improved.

In fact, in March 07 someone in Samsung went through the X60 downloads and put new dates on them although the contents of most of the files are last years.

I thought we had discussion about these updates in March (search back through the forum). Samsung list the same 10XA BIOS for the X60 plus but the BIOS know better than to install on that hardware. The recent X60 plus BIOS update at samsungpc.com hasn't made its way onto the global download site.

Yeah, sorry for this. I did not realize I have already got the 10XA update. I realized this when I actually started the update. Before that I thought I am still running on 09XA.
Hopefully the firmware update will solve the incompatibility problem with Nokia 9500. I have also updated the Bluetooth driver - directly from Broadcom's site (version 5.1.0.3300), which gives a new possibility: Bluetooth LANs.

UPDATE: Finally the file-transfer problem with the Nokia9500 is solved!

    Yes.

I installed 20XD, although I haven't yet tried Vista on the X60 plus, in the hope that it might have fixed the PowerPlay issue (it didn't).

This doesn't work for the X60plus
