    Series 9 NP900X3C busted hinge

    Brand new laptop, right hinge is visibly loose in the socket compared to the left hinge. When opening the lid the hinge cover splits and creates about 1mm gap. I can snap it back but it splits again next time.

    Common problem? Returning the laptop but wondering if should go with a different brand.
