Found my answers. Boot using CD, not USB!!!

I have a NP700Z5C-S01US and I did a custom Windows 7 install via USB. Here is what I have for my partition:

Disk 0 Partition 1..................298.6GB/291.5GB free (Primary)
    Disk 0 Unallocated Space......400GB/400GB free
    Disk 1 Unallocated Space......0MB/0MB free
    Disk 1 Partition.....................1 7.5GB/7.4GB free (System)

I installed Windows 7 x64 Ultimate on Disk 0 Partition 1. After installation finishes, the computer restarts. When booting up, it loads the Samsung screen and then restarts. I can hear the hard drive shutting down. Then it restarts and repeat itself in an endless loop. I have tried installing Windows a couple of times, still same thing. What gives?

Usually this is when Windows 7 is attempting to load either the ACHI or IDE mode drivers when the bios is assigning the opposite. You can test this by in bios forcing either ACHI or IDE mode and try the boot up. If neither work then there is another issue. If one works and you want to switch it there are two bios keys to modify. Plenty of info on the web on doing just this.................
