    Hi,

    We have had not one, but 2 Samsung laptops go wrong on us in the last few days:

    R780 - Power light on but nothing happens when you press the on button.. Tried "cold" reset and still won't switch on.

    NP550C-A08UK - No lights at all, tried cold reset and no response. These both worked a few days ago.
