How is the Samsung X360 Build Quality and Support?

Am directly comparing this to a Lenovo X301. The Samsung seems like it is very flimsy and doesn't have the sturdy design of the Lenovo nor the business class support offered.

I have handled an old Thinkpad X40 and now have the X360. I think if I dropped both from waist height onto concrete, the Thinkpad would probably survive but I'd be worried about the X360. The Samsung doesn't feel that flimsy though, just more delicate, and the plastic, etc, is pretty solid compared to a Dell; in fact the build is pretty good, it's just the lightness and thinness that may give the false impression of "cheap"

Samsung had a nice deal on an X360 notebook pc with SSD which now is not being offered but the reviews said they were shipping european plugs with it (no big deal) and that someone barely used it and they cracked the system and Samsung support was horrible, as well as another posting about the trackpad not being able to work with the existing drivers.

Samsung is not a big OEM for people who want reliability and business class support options as far as I am aware.

I could have had the X360-34P for $999 after rebate with nice specifications and SSD, the price since has gone up to approx 1700ish after rebate. I decided to forego on this, plus the model was old from Sept 2008.

My concern was the issues that people were having with it and the support that Samsung will provide as its a Consumer Electronics/internal PC components company, not a company which deals in widescale PC's such as a Dell or Lenovo which have top flight business support options.
