I have a Samsung series 7 chronos laptop that I bought from bestbuy about a month and a half ago. I'm not a laptop guy, and was satisfied for the first month with it. Now the Wifi is not catching signal, and im getting fed up of having to troubleshoot every 5 min to get the wifi on this laptop to receive the signal.

My signal is Excellent, because the router is located in my room. We have another laptop, an HP, that was 400$ less then this samsung and it never loses signal. I also have an Xbox that when turned on, it never loses signal.

I've noticed the laptop will keep the wifi signal if i place the router in another room but the signal strength is low and I need it to have excellent signal. I don't see why i cant get this laptop to stay connected to the wifi in my room.
took it to bestbuy, and what do you know, it never lost signal there so they couldnt do anything about this problem.

Any help is appreciated, I dont know what else to do besides putting the router in another room and having to operate on a low signal which I really dont like. (its slower)

    Change your router's wifi channel.
