    Hello forum.

    I'm trying to update windows 8 on a relatives Samsung Series 7 Chronos laptop.

    Unfortunately the update procedure is stuck at 0%. Trouble shooting has failed to correct the issue and I can't apply any further updates, which in turn, is preventing me from updating to 8.1

    Awaiting advice....

    I would ask Microsoft. Start here.

    If that doesn't fix the problem then put "Windows 8 update stuck 0%" into your favourite search engine and try the other links.
