Just bought a new RF511 notebook and just wondered if anybody else has found this with theirs. When I put the power connector into the side of the laptop it clicks into place but if I then pull on it slightly it slides back about 1-2mm but then stops firmly. There's no power flicker or anything like that so seems OK. Is some movement normal?

I don't think there's any cause for worry. There is often some tolerance in this type of plug / socket arrangement.

OK John, thanks. So do you see this with many notebooks, and mainly Samsung? And what do you think of the RF511-A02DX?

I haven't noticed any other power connectors where the plug tends to slide out slightly but one often gets used to the way things behave and cease to notice any anomalies unless something stops.

I don't have specific knowledge of the RF511-A02DX but I see that it has a non-glossy screen, which is my preference. I presume that you are aware of the Samsung VAT cashback offer.
