I ordered the new Samsung R610 64G from an online store.
The specs list the standard 6 cell battery with capacity 5200 mAh. The box I received has a 6 cell battery listed at 4000 mAh. I will return it. I found out that Samsung ships R610 with either 4000 mAh or 5200 mAh standard battery. Does anyone know if there is a special part number that indicates that the notebook contains the better 5200 mAh battery ?Is any other way to select the higher capacity battery ? Thanks.

    That's a nasty surprise!

The R610 brochure at Portable One does not mention the 4000mAH battery, and that is the same -64G model.

I wonder whether Samsung US has got the same ailment as Samsung UK wherein they don't always know the correct specs of the models they are shipping. Most retailers rely on the specs given out by the Samsung sales department and don't check the contents of the box.
