I have had the R480 for about a 1 1/2 months, and so far its been a great computer, much better than the Asus U50 I exchanged for it (died two weeks after I got it.) But the one big annoyance I have had with it, is the touchpad. It seems to have a mind of its own, especially the zoom feature. Is there anyway to turn off the scroll and zoom features? Thanks! Also as this is my first laptop, and computer of my own, is there anything I should make sure to do, to keep it in tip top shape?

You can tweak the pad under the mouse icon in control panel.
