I like the Samsung Q320 but don't want to buy a Core2Duo at this stage. I was wondering if there is an imminent update to the Q320 (Q330 ?) with an Intel i3/i5 CPU ?

I have seen the the new Samsung range with Intel i3/i5 CPUs (R480/580/780) but I am after a 13 inch and without the garnish red colour.

There's nothing imminent. I have just checked the Samsung download site and looked through the long list of models. I can't see any additions to the Q series.

New models usually appear on the download site once production starts (typically a month before models start being available for sale).

I guess it could be some time then. Is there a possibility that they may not refresh the Q range ? I hope not, as the Q320 ticks nearly all my boxes (apart from the tinny speakers). Haven't seen any press releases yet
