Hey all. Been reading the forums for a while and decided to signup. This website actually actually helped me make the decision to buy this laptop in mid Novemeber and has been fantatsic ever since :)

My question is, has anyone updated to this latest BIOS revision and if so, what are the differences? As a user of Vista and 7 I don't want to have to reinstall everything should there be any compatibility issues. Thanks in advance.

I installed it but I haven't noticed any differences in Vista nor are there any new items in the BIOS menu.

Given the difficulty in rolling back a Samsung BIOS, if you are not encountering any problems then you may not move up to the latest version. There have been some cases of people getting a new problem and then being unable to go back.
