    Hi,
first of all excuse my bad english.

I have a Samsung np350v5c-s08it Serie 3 but it has continuous delays.

    I've tried:
-Reinstall Windows using his own tools (Install Windows without losing files) but nothing happened (delays again).
-Use the Samsung Recovery Solution (Pressing F4 when the PC boots) but at 4% the recovery stops with the error 1006.

Moreover I can't do a fresh install of Windows 8 because I don't have the serial key (I guess it is stored in the BIOS of the machine).

I want recover my system with Samsung Recovery Solution rather than other solutions (to not have problems with warranty).

    What should I do?

    Thanks :)

I would do a full scan of the HDD (it is best to use the utility provided by the HDD manufacturer (eg Seatools for a Seagate HDD) to check its health. If there are problems with HDD reading / writing then everything else will slow down.

If the HDD is OK use Task Manager to check what is using the CPU and other resources. An idle computer should have less than 5% CPU utilisation.

And make sure you have not enabled Silent Mode or Eco Mode, which lock the CPU down to minimum speed (HWiNFO has a useful dynamic CPU speed display which makes it easy to check that the CPU speed is varying correctly).
