    Please help !

I have the above laptop, and have somehow stopped the ability to recover using F4 as normal, though there is a partition on the drive containing data, it doesn't work.

Does anybody out there have an ISO or downloadable image I can use please?

I want to be able to RESTORE the laptop, not just install windows using the DVD provided.

    Many thanks in advance

Have you tried running Samsung Recovery Solution from within Windows?
