Just got brand new Samsung laptop model R450-JA09US with Windows 7.

The laptop is great but we cannot get the webcam to work. The view screen is just black and Cyberlink settings for the camera a greyed out. No other webcam software will make it operate either.

Device manager shows device working properly.

It uses webcam SCB-0350M. Samsung has not been able to solve the issue.

I have looked for different updated drivers but cannot find any.

    Please help if you can.
