    Hi,
I'm interesting of buying Samsung series 9 laptop NP900X3A.
I've seen a few models, (b01,b02,b03) which don't seems to have any different specification but do has a huge price differnce (about 700$ difference).
    b01 cost about 800$, and b03 cost 1499$.

Can you please explain to me about the differences between them??
By the way, should I go with 15" version of it? (NP900X4B-a02) here.

    thanks,
    Ohad.

The suffix is important, often denoting significant differences between models. The Samsung website allows to to compare the specs of each laptop side-by-side. Select the models you are interested in and click "compare".

I'm unclear which country you reside in but for US models,

The consumer Series 9 line is available at Series 9 Notebooks | Samsung

The Business Series 9 line is available at Series 9 | Samsung

The X3A had problems with the WiFi that fixed in the final version that used a 3x3 wiFi card and antennae. You would need to see the label on the box to know what WiFi is inside. The X3A has a 1366 x 768 display.

The 1600 x 900 PLS display (which has excellent viewing angles and contrast) in the X3B or X3C (the equivalent size to the X3A) is much better but these models have a fixed 4GB RAM). I would opt for one of those models unless the X3A is massively discounted (eg the $800) which would offset the shortcomings.

The 15" X4C is larger and substantially heavier than the 13.3" models and does not have the superior PLS panel. Benefit of the bigger size are (i) the larger display; (ii) 8GB RAM upgradeable to 16GB; (iii) 50% larger battery; (iv) an extra USB port; and (v) dedicated navigation keys.
