    Hello,
I have 2 issues with my notebook 9, first of all is weird sound from speakers, I don't know from this sound is, it is very strange like dental drill (I checked in sound mixer and it is in main sound, so no from other programms)

Second problem is keyboard, a few times I can't write anything, because all alphaget letters doesn't work, other buttons work for example windows button turn on metro style :/
I have to restart my PC and keyboard works again.

    Looks like a driver/software problem.

Try re-installing the driver or update it through Samsung software.

I have the newest drivers, so I think that is not a problem in it.

I would suggest a thorough scan for undesirable software: Antivirus + MalwareBytes + Spybot S&D.

If they can't find anything then you will need to reinstall the factory image using Samsung Recovery Solution. If the problem still exists after doing that then I would contact Samsung.

I have Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 and it doesn't see any virus.
My cousin has samsung notebook too and it has problem with keyboard too (maybe is it problem with Windows 8?)

But the weird sound I has probably from the beginning, even I asked you about this somewhere.

Thanks for the update. Perhaps it was a defective component on the main board.

How long did they take to fix it?
