So I just bought a SSD for my laptop (and had some problems, caused by the iSSD like in the past) and I wanted to ask now that I have a SSD what should I do exactly.

Like should I leave Fast Boot mode on?
What use should I give to the iSSD? Since the main SSD outperforms the iSSD in everything.
Any tips to increase SSD performance and longevity?

EDIT: Should I install Intel Rapid Storage Technology? SW Update recommends it.
