Samsung notebook is not powering up. Water was spilled on, keyboards stopped working, after taking off the parts drying it, putting back together it dont want to start. Just a screen with old date and battery status. Power button seems like not respodning. Any thoughts or fixes that i could use ?

First be thankful that it's showing signs of life.

I would get the base off, feasible but not easy - needs good screwdriver and prying tool - to improve the ventilation and make sure everything is properly dried out. A bit of moisture in the keyboard can cause system confusion.
