It has a Gforce with CUDA

I play world of tanks and world warships if I either play for more then 45min. or run the computer several hours then play the screen goes black some times I hear a buzzing/Motor boat sound. however if I run an external monitor I can play anytime w/o problems this to my idea is a video card issues either a failure or a over heat problem, I understand the LCD screen puts a larger load on the video system and,

I can power the computer down using the power button and I see the HD light indicating it's still on line and the games are running. so it is not a CPU problem. so my question is 2 fold:

    1) is there heat sinks or fans separate from the CPU system that can be replaced or reheat sink compound?
20 is the only repair option is replace the motherboard?
