My cat just took off from a running start, ran through the adapter cable for my Series 9, and destroyed the plug end. I don't need a whole new replacement adapter, but the 3-prong-to-Mickey-Mouse-style square part of it that is removable (presumably for different socket types) ripped completely apart. (Note that this doesn't instill much faith in the piece, since we're talking about a kitten here.)

    Anyway, the module says:

    WS-046-B
    2.5A 125V-
    E186644
    2811 WELL SHIN

None of these things seem to turn up anything related to this part.

I assume they have to be available, since it's a snap-off and replaceable part. But where would one find one of these, any idea?

I'm still searching a bit and if I search for "WS-046-B Samsung" on Google, the only results I get are from Well Shin's PDF and a link to this post here. Is it possible that nobody sells this piece for whatever reason? Why the hell would they make it replaceable then?

It appears the "technical" term for this type of plug would be a "C5 to NEMA 5-15P Right Angle adapter".

I tried a regular C5 "mickey mouse" style plug like you'd use on a normal laptop adapter but the casing is too thick to fit all the way into the Samsung one.

Any 3 prong adapter from an old laptop should work as long as the connectors match.
