Hello and sorry for my english :) I'm a fresh user of recently bought R590.

I decided to install new Win 7 64 bit because of lack admin privileges on pre-installed win7. I'd formated C partition and installed new system on it.
After installing all drivers from manufacturer site (btw. lack of dvd with it in package is pain in the ), I was striked that my download speed while surfing is super low - about 100kB/s while the normal is about 900! More stranger is that the torrent runs at full speed (900).
I'm currently connected with ethernet because wifi is even worse.
    It's not browser fault.
I somehow can't use samsung recovery because it says that there is no recovery partition.

    Please help me!

What torrent software are you using, have you set the download speed limits too low, is you firewall blocking your connection.

Did you not burn the software/driver dvd , using the recovery manger before you formatted the hdd.

    1. Torrent is working perfectly fine at full speed (utorrent). I only have problems with browser download speed.

    2. I did't because I thought that recovery will work :/

I had a similar problem when using utorrent, my browser would say it could not find a connection a lot of the time, utorrent must be blocking it somehow, have you tried vuze , I find it better than utorrent.

We don't understand each other :)

Torrent isn't blocking anything, it's fine. I only used it's speed as comparison to downloading with browser or programs.

Firefox, chrome, ie and other programs like antivirus or game updaters - download files at about 100kB/s or lower

Only torrent downloads fine at full speed -900kB/s

uTorrent downloads , multiple sections at the same time, from different users , so it can download faster, than the browser can from only one source, maybe that`s the reason, maybe download manger might be faster.

Problem fixed itself somehow after reinstalling drivers, torrent and browser. Or maybe it was my ISP fault :p Thanks for help Tinderbox (UK) :)
