    Hi,
    I bought this laptop but surprisingly there is no manual in the box. Tried on samsung website(s) but samsung sites seem to have some sort of problems related to download and email support. A new window pops-up but no connection in the new window.
    Is there any email address to contact sumsung?
    Still have to check the hardware, working of the laptop, ...
    I mostly find R530-JA, JB models. Haven't found many posts/sebsites for JT model. Any idea on the significance of "J*" in R530-J*?
    Can someone help.

    Are you sure that there isn't a link to User Guide.exe either on the desktop or in Program Files > Samsung?

    If you can't find it then choose one from here (note that there are 4 different versions of the R530). I don't know which yours is.
