Ok, so I use a Logitech mouse with my laptop. A few days ago, the nano receiver got stuck inside the USB 2.0 port because I accidentally dropped the laptop maybe 1-2" inches off the ground. Now that USB port doesn't work anymore. Would Samsung be able to replace that port under the manufacturer warranty?

Unless you have an accidental damage warranty then you can't expect to get this fixed for free. If you know anyone with good computer repair skill then they might be able to wire in the nano receiver inside the computer.

Well the usb port is kind of broken I don't know if they could wire the receiver to the port...if I can't find anyone who can repair it, what's the best thing to do?

I was thinking of wiring the receiver to whatever the USB port used to be connected to.
