    Hi,
    I just bought my r580 i3 64-bit earlier this month, by the way is a 64bit okay««

ughh anyway on to the point, while i am typing this i cant even do a simple question mark symbol or the "at" symbol.,

how do i revert the normal gear for my keyboardÉ

whenever i do a shift+2 shouldnt the character suppose to be the "at" symbol (@.. i had to copy paste this off the internet i coulnt even type my email when i was registering)

just now i learned that if i push the alt gr near the space i can do the "@" but for now if i push the shift+2 the character the result is the double quotation mark""

Go to Start/control panel/Clock language region/change keyboards and other input methods/change keyboards
Make sure its set for English Canada-US

I am not sure then, I have seen where the keyboard was wrong in those settings and ~ and a few other characters would not show under Canadian, the resolution was to set the keyboard to US

    I'm out of idea's sorry

That's correct for my keyboard (UK English). Study the keyboard layouts here and you should be able to figure out what country your computer thinks the keyboard is in.

Check if you have an option to change the keyboard setting in the notification area (right hand end) of the task bar.

Did you restart the computer since the problem happened? This should clear any temporary change.
