    Hello,

    I Have a Samsung NP700Z7C-S01US
I had installed on my laptop a bluetooth adapter "Atheros AR3012 Bluetooth 4.0+HS".
It is working fine, but when I install over "SW Setup" the "Easy Settings", some seconds after start windows 7, my adapter is disconnected from laptop. In device manager, it also no longer appears.

Some one know how I solve this problem?

    Thanks

Have you looked in Easy Settings > bottom of Wireless Network tab to see if Bluetooth is enabled or disabled?

You probably need to install Samsung's own Bluetooth drivers. If you installed Bluetooth drivers from Windows Update or any 3rd party website, try and uninstall them and install the ones offered by SW Update. After that (and after reboot) see if Bluetooth appears in Easy Settings, so that so that you can enable it there.

Edit: Oh wait, I see now: I realize now you installed another Bluetooth adapter. We had some other members with that problem, where Easy Settings will interfere with the Bluetooth module in new WiFi/BT adapters, and they had to strip it down to loading just the Fn-key module (dmhkcore). I'll see if I can find that discussion...
