    Hey All,

I've tried my Google-Fu in a number of ways but since the 13.3" 7 Slim has been released, I've had a very difficult time in finding any information other than general tech specs. The 15.6" has a bit more information and the new Slim 9 has quite a bit of info.

Usually, places like IFixit, this site and others have always had a pretty good breakdown on a new laptop when it comes out but the 13.3" 7 Slim's info. is quite bare.

What I'm looking for is owners or reviewers that have looked into how easy it is to replace the memory and hard drive, what they like/don't like and all of the standard observations I've grown use to. Any help here from this great crowd?

If you install Samsung Update you can use the Find Model facility to look under United States where you will see two versions of the NP740U3L. There is also an NP740U5L.

There is a User Manual from the downloads but whether it answers any of your questions remains to be seen. If Samsungs normal configuration for the recent Book 9 products is an indicator, then the RAM will be soldered (takes up less space) but the SSD will be in a socket and hence upgradable (but not officially as Samsung doesn't encourage anything which involves removing the base).

It's a Spin (not Slim) and is quite thick and heavy:
