    Hi guys, first post from a newbie. I was planning to let everyone know how much I was liking my new lappy, but unfortunately I have come across a problem with all USB ports not working. I have deleted the existing USB 3 driver and installed the latest, done the same for the USB 3 firmware update with no success.

    Just hoping someone can make a suggestion as to a fix please.

    The port on the left side is USB 2.0 and runs through a separate hub. Is that not working either? If it isn't then I wonder if the power supply for all the USB ports isn't working.

    If the computer is only a few days old then you should be trying to get it replaced.
