I am looking at these two laptops and want to make a decision soon.

The NP700Z5C-S01UB is of course from best buy and will cost me ~$1095 w/ tax In-Store
Whereas the NP700Z5C-S04 is from the microsoft store and will cost me ~$1300 w/ tax + 1-Day Shipping

I do get a free xbox with either purchase too because I am a college student and would like to keep it to these two stores because I need it soon. (I also get Windows 7 Ultimate (i would assume upgrade edition) and Office 2010 for free through school if that matters at all)

I was just wondering which way should I lean and why. I know the BB model doesn't have the 640m in it and a few other different things. Does anyone have either one of these models and could steer me a certain direction. I'll probably pull the trigger on one tomorrow (i am leaning towards the S04 but that's a lot of $ to drop)

    Thanks!

If a Microsoft Store is in your vicinity, they're currently having a 20% off $1000+ purchase in-store only (at least at my MS Store). That dropped the S04 down to $960 + tax for me.

I wish, from the looks of it the nearest store is 3hrs away. I would much rather have that deal than the Xbox (I think it's one or the other) but my brother is looking for an Xbox so it wouldn't be a complete waste to get. Anyway how is the S04? Any complaints, problem or even just praise?

Yeah, it's one or the other.

The S04 is really nice. I love the build quality and overall feel to the laptop. There are some minor issues to it, mainly:
-the SCREEN !!! (fresh out of the box it just really lacks; tweaking some settings here and there have helped it become more usable)
-sometimes the brightness locks up and doesn't allow me to change it (I bet the mix between Windows and Samsung settings play a part...)
    -no dedicated buttons on trackpad
-front edge is a bit "sharp" lol but not a big issue
-mic gives weird feedback? Skyping my friend, she says she hears this high-pitched sound coming from my end; trying to find root of problem...

Otherwise a great laptop for the price IMO. If it weren't for the screen, it'd be perfect IMO.
