    NP700Z5A-S09US Touchpad lock?

    I recently bought the NP700Z5A-S09US, just got it around 2 days ago and I've noticed that if I hold a key down, the touchpad locks. I let go, it unlocks. For instance, if I'm walking around on a game, holding the W key or the up-arrow key, and try to look around with the touchpad, it doesn't work. I have to release the walking key, then scroll to look around.

    I was wondering if there was a way to disable this feature. I've tried contacting Samsung support and they were no help at all, they told me to reinstall the driver, and reinstall "Easy Settings Manager", none of which were beneficial.

    When I go to Control Panel -> Mouse -> Touchpad, it says "Elan Smart-Pad", I click options and get the following screen:
