    Hi, I seem to be having problems with the Samsung Update Plus software. I was wondering if it's a server problem or a problem with my system. Whenever I run Samsung Update Plus, I get a "Connection failed" message, which says "Samsung Update Plus was not able to connect to a server. Please check you internet connection and try again." Has anyone else experienced this?

    same here! One can always go directly to their downloads site but still...it's been a week like this.

    Hi! I found that updates kicked into action about 2 weeks ago on my NC10. The first thing it did was download a new version of itself, I was then able to download about 4 updates I think. If yours does pick any up it is worth noting that some people report problems (including myself!) when trying to install more than one at a time.

    I also recommend being patient. My sammy seemed to do nothing for a fair amount of time before the download then suddenly completed.

    Anyone else found it is now working?
