    Hi Guys,
    just purchased the N150 plus and curious to know what the SD card slot is used for.
    Prishiate your tips.

    SD card is the most common format for camera memory. There's also micro-SD which is used by some cameras and mobile phones. You can put this in the same slot using the appropriate adaptor.

    Thank You John. you mentioned cameras would this be like a memory stick that can store pictures or other materials could be stored on it as well? like video and audio?

    Yes. Some video cameras also use SD (but in its higher capacity SDHC form which goes up to at least 32GB). "Memory stick" is the original Sony camera memory. SD is about half the size.

    Not always you get to have SD cards only. Some machines do accept SD, Mini, MMC, RS, Plus, Mobile card slots. Like my sony camera do not fit in section of SD cards instead, it only allows MMC cards. Depends, what type of slot manufacturers have chosen. But yes, you are rite, generally SD cards are only used. :)
