Googling isn't really turning up anything and I currently don't have my netbook on hand but if I'm intending to upgrade to 2GB ram:

-how many slots does the N120 have for ram?
    -what type of ram? (i.e. DDR2 SO-DIMM PC5300)

    Thanks!

Download and run CPU-z to find the RAM type you have.

I'm 99.99% sure it will 200 pin DDR2 SODIMM. Probably PC6400 (because that it what is now mass-produced) but running at slower speed.

Most netbooks have only one RAM slot and can support up to 2GB. I doubt that the N120 is an exception.
