    Import Samsung Series 7 Chronos 770Z5E-S01DE To US?

    So as far as I know this model of the Series 7 is not available in the US, only the touchscreen model with the 8770m is in the US. Can I get this imported if I wanted this laptop?

    You can import it, but be aware that the German keyboard is somewhat different as shown below.



    A keyboard swap is no longer cheap and simple because it involves the whole keyboard / keyboard surround / palmrest unit. European prices also tend to be higher than US ones. It may be better value to either compromise and have the 8770M or wait for Haswell to arrive.
