How to disable Intel HD? Or how to use 120Hz refresh rate?

I have a Samsung NP550P5CT01US which has Intel HD graphics and an Nvidia GT 630M. The Nvidia control panel does not show any options to set resolution, but only shows 3D options which allow me to let it pick one or the other GPU for different 3D applications.

The problem is, I have a 120Hz monitor which won't work (at 120Hz, it works fine at 60Hz) because the Intel HD graphics menu says the bandwidth is not supported. But the GT 630M should have no issues (my old 8700M GT could output 120Hz).

There's no option in the BIOS to disable the Intel HD graphics. Is there anything else I can do?

Nope. Not as far as I know.

There is a reason why Intel HD GPU is usually disabled on computers sold with 3D screen and nvidia GPU.
